After seeing the new Sailor Moon Crystal designs, I knew I had to try my hand at the Outers!

I wanted to really try and emulate the style of the character designs, noodle-legs and wiggly-lines and all! I like the charm of it~ I even jpeg-d it super hard to get that ripped-from-a-website look, XD;
